Taqueria del Sol will host their second annual Hatch Chile Festival on September 11, 2011 to celebrate the arrival of the annual shipment of chiles from New Mexico. Held at the Howell Mill location, Taqueria del Sol will host a block-party sort of celebration spilling into the parking lot under tents. Chef Eddie Hernandez and the Taqueria del Sol team will craft an assortment of specialty dishes incorporating the spicy green peppers.
A portion of the proceeds benefits the Ossabaw Island Foundation
