Kramer's Eagles vs The Dawgs Tailgate Bus to Athens!

Each ticket sale is final. Upon transaction for the services provided by Kramer's, the Purchaser/ticket holder will be sent an email confirming their purchase of a one-time, revocable, non-refundable ticket on a Kramer's provided third party Charter Bus.

Once a ticket is purchased, the purchaser/ticket holder is entering an agreement upon the understanding that parking from all departure locations is not provided by Kramer's. Therefore, Kramer's and all associated employees are not liable for loss or damage of any property incidental to the use of parking within the area.

Neither Kramer's nor its employees shall be liable for injuries or loss of personal property during travel associated with services provided. Once a ticket is purchased, the purchaser/ticket holder understands that he/she assumes all risks associated with travel to the agreed upon destinations. Each purchaser/ticket holder is to adhere to safety practices and warnings provided by the Charter Bus driver.

General Liability insurance is covered for each Charter Bus by the Charter Bus company. Insurance regarding personal injury coverage, personal property and travel is not provided by Kramer's.

All ticket purchases by the purchaser/ticket holder are subject to revocation resulting from improper behavior that constitutes danger to other purchasers/ticket holders and any individuals using the services provided by Kramer's and the partnered Charter Bus Company. Upon revocation, no refund will be given to the original agreed upon ticket price by Kramer's. Revocation of the purchaser/ticket holder's ticket is subject to the sole discretion of Kramer's.

Any revocation resulting from improper behavior (vomiting or releasing of any bodily fluids) or improper acts on or within charter bus parameters which leads to costs associated from the charter bus company will not be Kramer's responsibility and will be paid in full by the purchaser/ticket holder. The purchaser/ticket holder must pay in full within the time specified by the third party charter bus company.
