On May 13, 2008, join Junior Achievement of Georgia at Loca Luna for Cocktails and Dollars to Support Young Scholars, a fundraising event for Junior Achievement of Georgia. This reception is designed for Atlanta professionals interested in social and business networking for a terrific cause. Meet community leaders and business executives, sip cocktails, bid on Executive Job Shadow opportunities and enjoy complimentary tapas and live Latin music. All proceeds benefit Junior Achievement of Georgia and a portion of the ticket cost is tax deductible. The ticket price, $37.50, will sponsor one child in Georgia to receive vital business education from JA. During the 2007-2008 school year, JA will deliver relevant and age-appropriate programs in the areas of personal financial literacy, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking, and global work readiness to over 108,000 K-12 students statewide, inspiring and preparing them to succeed in a global economy.
