AtlantaBuzz was created to offer a central point of information related to events and networking opportunities to young professionals in the Atlanta area. Determined not to use advertising as a source of revenue until subscriptions reached a certain threshold, they opted to use special events as a source of revenue to fund the site's ongoing costs.

AtlantaBuzz wanted to achieve three goals by putting on events:
- to raise funds that would cover maintenance costs
- maximize attendence and
- increase subscribership
Driving their current subscribers directly to the AtlantaBuzz site made the most sense to achieve all of their goals. The invitation service that has the greatest marketspace presence could not provide the the tools that they needed such as: |

- a complete invitation branding experience [Exhibit A]
- send the volume of emails to contact each subscriber
- email campaigns based on a marketing strategy and
- security of their email base

| The Xorbia Solution |
AtlantaBuzz was able to easily upload their members into the Xorbia Email Management Service and insert the desired AtlantaBuzz HTML branding [Exhibit B] into the Xorbia Template Management Service. The AtlantaBuzz also found that the marketing principles that they wanted to apply toward the marketing of their events were embedded into the application.
