A Taste of Olde Towne Slidell


The chefs for this 5 course experience are Jeremy Reilly from Restaurant Cote/Maple Room, Matthew Martini from the American Legion Post 374, Linda Franzo of Passionate Platter, Patrick Heim with the Brass Monkey, Gilbert Valencia with Tacos and Beer, and Frank Jackson with the Old Town Soda Shop. Everything, down to the salt, will be made with "leauxcal" ingredients!
