38th Annual Helen Keller Festival

Great Food, Live Music, Arts & Crafts, Fun For All Ages! June 20-26, 2016


Many of the events during the 38th Annual Helen Keller Festival are open to the public and require no admission. However, some events charge an admission fee. An information tent will be set up across the street from the Helen Keller home on North Commons during the festival week for additional information. Friday & Saturday concerts at the main stage area Spring Park have a $5.00 admission each day per person (Kids 10 & under are free) "No pets & No coolers allowed in the park"

Gates open at 4 p.m. on Friday and at 11 a.m. on Saturday All musical performances take place on the Main Stage in Tuscumbia’s Spring Park. Admission to the park beginning at 4 p.m. June 24 is $5, and is $5 beginning at 11 a.m. June 25.

Friday The Shoals Blues Band is the opening act at 5 p.m. June 24, followed by the Kerry Gilbert Band at 6 p.m., Donica Knight at 7 p.m. and Paul Thorn will close the show at 8 p.m.

On Saturday Kaid Wright will open things at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Electric Zen, which actually features Gary Nichols’s son, is at 2 p.m. Lillian Glanton is from Athens and was on 'American Idol'; she’ll be on at 3 p.m.

CC Jags at 4 p.m., Wildwood Ruminators at 5 p.m., Holli Mosley at 6 p.m. and Joseph Baldwin at 7:15 p.m. finishes out the Saturday afternoon lineup leading up to the night’s headliner.
